Our client's bank account was erroneously debited by £250,000 by an energy company, prompting us to advocate vigorously through social media and press releases for the refund. This advocacy led to our client being invited for an interview by the BBC. The interview was subsequently broadcast on BBC Television News and featured on the BBC Radio 4 PM program hosted by Evan Davis. This media exposure played a crucial role in compelling the company to return the funds.

Competition yields great success with over 1,500 new email addresses added to our client's database.
Tasked to run a competition for a client who wished to expand their email database, we sourced luxury prizes, including a personal chauffeur tour and VIP tickets to exclusive local events, to complement the prize of a holiday at our client’s luxury accommodation. Out of a staggering 2,000 entries, 1,500 entrants opted to receive further email promotions from our client.
We managed the entire competition and publicity surrounding it, including preparing the competition terms and conditions, promotion over a variety of online platforms, liaising with our client’s website designer and live filming of the winner being picked in the draw. Our client tasked us with creating and managing a film project that showcased their commitment to social and ethical responsibility. We partnered with a local production company known for such films. Additionally, we connected with local charities and third-sector organisations that had previously collaborated with our client, organising interviews to document these relationships. Honouring our client's emphasis on local sourcing, we engaged a local casting agency and hired a local musician to develop and perform the soundtrack. By overseeing the entire project, we enabled our client to concentrate on their business operations.
